One of the most medicinal honeys known to us all. It is characterized by a sweet but delicate and intense flavor, floral, complex aroma that is a mixture of aromatic herbs. It is collected throughout Spain and comes from the tymus vulgaris plant. It has been used for many years for its medicinal properties. The potential of thyme is such that even we use it to medicate the bees, as is the case of thyme alcohol that we use against the Varroa acars that attacks the bees and against digestive viruses of bees
We know that a honey is from one plant (monofloral) when we certify analytically that the honey is composed mainly of that plant. Our careful extraction process is very simple in order to respect and preserve the properties and flavour of the honey as it is produced by the bees
