Disznókö Tokaji Late Harvest is a monovarietal sweet white furmint wine produced by the Disznókö winery, in the Tokaj-Hegyalja region, Hungary.
Disznókö Tokaji Late Harvest is made with a minimum part of furmint grapes attacked by botrytis cinerea and with bunches of the same variety that are harvested late, which results in an ideal wine to begin to know the universe of the great sweet wines of Tokaj. For its elaboration, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures to later go through an aging of 12 months in oak barrels of second and third use, which allows to capture and preserve all the essence and freshness of the variety.
