Yllera Rosé 5.5 is a rosé wine made by Bodegas Grupo Yllera. It is a winery located in the town of Rueda (Valladolid).
Yllera Rosé 5.5 belongs to the "Frizzante" range, a collection of wines with a very low alcohol content.
Yllera Rosé 5.5 ismade from Verdejo and Tempranillo varieties.
The grapes were harvested at night to prevent oxidation of the grapes.
With the grapes in the winery, they were gently pressed in a pneumatic lung press to extract a must that would be kept at low temperatures until vinification.
