Alba Blanca Malvasía is a white wine with Protected Geographical Indication (I.G.P.) Menorca, produced by Bodega Torralba, one of the pioneers in recovering and enhancing viticulture on the island. This wine is made exclusively from Malvasia grapes, an aromatic and elegant variety that adapts perfectly to Menorca's Mediterranean climate, influenced by the sea breeze and the island's calcareous soils.
The grapes are harvested by hand to select only the best bunches. Subsequently, the grapes are gently pressed and the must ferments at low temperature in stainless steel tanks, which preserves all the primary aromas and the characteristic freshness of Malvasia. The wine is not aged in oak, thus preserving its purity and varietal expression.
