Only 3,600 bottles are released each year of Quinta das Carvalhas 20 Year Old Tawny Porto, a classic from Quinta das Carvalhas, the most spectacular estate of Real Companhia Velha, a Portuguese wine institution founded in 1756.

Designed from the fruit of old vines of indigenous varieties, planted on the slopes of Pinhão, on the left bank of the Douro River, Quinta das Carvalhas 20 Year Old Tawny Porto is the result of blending selected ports from different vintages, which were fermented in traditional presses, after crushing the grapes. The final blend, subjected to a long and careful aging in oak barrels for 20 years, surprises for its rich and complex aromatic palette and a smooth and fine palate. Appreciate all its qualities drinking it on its own or in the company of almond cakes, dark chocolate desserts and blue cheeses. Exquisite.
