The winemaking process for Torresilo begins with the manual harvesting of the grapes, followed by a rigorous selection in the winery to ensure that only the best grapes are used to make the wine. The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed before fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels before bottling.
