Panceta de cerdo, sal, pimentón, ajo, orégano y conservantes (E-250).

Envase de 300gr MODO DE EMPLEO: PREPARACIÓN EN HORNO:
Precalentar horno a 240º, sacar y colocar los torreznos de Soria con la piel hacia arriba en un plato hondo o bandeja, introducirla al horno 8 min y emplatar.
PREPARACIÓN EN SARTÉN:
Sacar los torreznos de Soria de la bolsa y orearlos 15 min antes de cocinar. Precalentar una sartén generosa de aceite a no más de 200ºC. Freír 2 min con la corteza boca abajo y a continuación bajando a fuego medio dorarlos 2 min por cada lado (6 min en total). Secar sobre papel absorbente en un plato hondo o bandeja y emplatar.
