-1 bottle of Vetus flower: D.O. Toro red wine with 91 points.
-1 bottle of Finca Resalso: red wine of D.O. C Ribera del Duero with 90 points.
-1 bottle of Protos oak: red wine of D.O. C Ribera del Duero with 90 points.
-Protos Oak is cherry colour with ruby edging. Very clean and shiny. Fine quick-fall tear.
Direct nose, medium intensity with aromas of fresh red fruit accompanied by subtle spices and a pleasant bottom of toast.
After a good entrance, it describes a tasty and silky tour. Good fruit load with very present Avainilladas notes. Nice and soft tannins. Good structure. Good ending with not very long persistence. Nicely toasted in retronasal.
-Vetus flower is dark cherry colour with purplish hues. Clean and shiny, it has an abundant glyceric load, slightly tinted.
Nose of medium-high intensity in which the fruit is clearly dominant. Red fruits, currants, blackberries, and black berries leave the way to balsamic, spices and lactic notes. Background, soft toast.
In the mouth it is powerful and fresh at the same time, marked by a high load of fruit that is quite dessert. It has a good acidity and a high tannic sensation, with a medium body, it is a red wine that is kind and greedy. Long end, right persistence.
-Finca Resalso 201 5 presents a high intensity cherry red color with violet edging. Extraordinary nose. Black berries such as blackberries and blueberries are mixed with pleasant milky aromas of strawberry yogurt. The wood of the crianza is perceived with light aromas of cocoa and vanilla. In the mouth it is of well structured tannin and balanced acidity, with a long and warm aftertaste.
