Elaboration and aging

Trus Crianza is a 100% Tinto Fino varietal. Selection of clay-calcareous soils to produce wines with fruit, volume, and complexity. Handcrafted elaboration in French oak vats. Intense and prolonged macerations. Malolactic fermentation in wooden vats.

14 months in French oak barrels. Subsequent maturation in tanks for perfect blending. Natural stabilization, without filtering.

Tasting Note for Trus Crianza

• Appearance: Trus Crianza has a cherry red color with garnet tones on the edge. Medium-high layer.
• Nose: Intense nose, with ripe plum and cinnamon notes standing out.
• Palate: It is very intense and elegant on the palate, combining fruit and the subtle contribution of the oak barrel, with notes of cinnamon and spices. It stands out for its finesse and elegance, resulting in a very long finish.

Pairing

Trus Crianza is ideal to accompany all kinds of roasts, stews, grilled red meats, and semi-cured cheeses. Serving temperature between 15 and 17ºC.
