Elaboration and aging

Trus Crianza is a 100% Tinto Fino single varietal. Selection of clay-limestone soils to produce wines with fruit, volume, and complexity. Handcrafted elaboration in French oak vats. Intense and prolonged macerations. Malolactic fermentation in wooden vats.

14 months in French oak barrels. Subsequent maturation in tanks for a perfect blending. Natural stabilization, without filtration.

Tasting notes of Trus Crianza

• Appearance: Trus Crianza has a cherry red color with garnet tones on the edge. Medium-high intensity.
• Nose: Intense aroma, highlighting ripe plum and cinnamon.
• Palate: In the mouth, it is very intense and elegant, combining the fruit and the contribution of the soft oak, with notes of cinnamon and spices. It stands out for its finesse and elegance, resulting in a very long finish.

Pairing

Trus Crianza is ideal to accompany all kinds of roasts, stews, grilled red meats, and semi-cured cheeses. Serving temperature between 15 and 17ºC.
