Tasting Note

Arbequina EVOO with an explosion of flavor and freshness, with intense herbaceous and fruity aromas. Olfactory complexity, entering smoothly in the mouth, where the green grass is the protagonist, turning towards a not too intense bitterness in the throat and balancing with a slight spiciness. Fragrances of banana and green apple with hints of almond, walnut shell, and other nuts are also appreciated, persisting over time.
