Tipicitat is our tribute to Garnacha Tinta and Cariñena, which have traditionally led the wine industry in our land, Terra Alta. Only in demanding environments do these two varieties give their best, being the protagonists of our history and culture.
Grapes from selected old vines of Garnacha Tinta and Cariñena. Destemmed and crushed grapes fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with native yeasts and minimal intervention, only daily pump overs until the end of alcoholic fermentation. Once finished, the wine is gravity drained to cement vats where malolactic fermentation will start without the addition of lactic bacteria. After malolactic fermentation, it is transferred to 300-liter French oak barrels, and depending on the vintage, the time it spends in the barrel will vary, ranging from 12 to 14 months before being bottled.
