Since we started making it, we have wanted Solpost, our first wine, to faithfully reflect the vineyard, the territory, and the natural environment that surrounds us. Solpost is the ultimate expression of our garnacha and cariñena grapes. It is freshness and balance. But it is also respect, honesty, and gratitude for the land we live in. The garnacha tinta grape predominates in this wine, which has been aged for twelve months in French and American oak barrels. The result is a voluptuous and complex wine that combines silkiness and structure. It is our quintessential classic, which has received numerous accolades from critics for its minerality and long finish.
Aging: 12 months in first and second-year barrels, 50% French oak and 50% American oak. The wine is blended before being aged in barrels.
Production: 5,800 bottles.
