L'Aube Selection Old Vines is an excellent red wine from Celler Batea, originating from the Denomination of Origin Terra Alta. Made with grapes from the L’Aube vineyard, famous for the quality of its harvests, this wine is characterized by its elegant and concentrated flavor. The vinification follows a Bordeaux method, where the varieties are fermented separately before being blended. This process is complemented by aging in French oak barrels lasting between 15 to 18 months, allowing the flavors to integrate perfectly. In terms of sensory profile, it presents an attractive intense cherry color with ruby highlights. On the nose, there are sweet and elegant aromas of ripe dark fruits, accompanied by a spicy background and notes of dark chocolate and cocoa.
