Edith 2018 is a white wine from the D.O. Empordà, made from the Garnacha Roja variety. This wine is produced from selected grapes from old vines that are hand-harvested. After fermentation, it undergoes 6 months aging in French and Hungarian oak barrels, which adds complexity and smoothness to the flavor. The result is a pale yellow wine with golden highlights. On the nose, aromas of ripe white fruit are detected, combined with subtle notes of butter and yeast from aging. On the palate, it shows great volume and glyceric sensations, accompanied by notes of toasted dried fruit. Its balanced acidity makes Edith 2018 a very tasty wine, ideal for pairing with various meals.
