The Pazo de Valdomiño herb liqueur is a liqueur made by cold maceration of a selection of 7 botanicals in our best Albariño pomace brandy for 30 days. It is then distilled, obtaining a crystalline and perfectly assembled product. The final product is sweetened and colored. Finally, it is kept at rest for at least six months before bottling.
It is usually consumed as a digestive after meals.
It is enjoyed at room temperature, cold or very cold according to the consumer's taste.
