Valduero 2 Cotas Reserva is a red wine from Ribera del Duero made from Tempranillo grapes by Bodegas Valduero.
The grapes are harvested by hand, as tradition demands. The grapes are fermented for 8 days at temperatures between 23ºC and 28ºC and macerated for 10 days. Each time the wine reaches the maximum fermentation temperature, they carry out the daily pumping-over process.
After 30 months in oak barrels of different origins, the wine is aged for 18 months in the bottle, which gives the Reserva its own unique temperament.
Intense garnet colour, lively and with a high robe. With aromas reminiscent of coffee, tobacco and wood.
In the mouth it is full-bodied and fleshy and offers serious and powerful tannins. A true reflection of the terrain and our vineyard.
