Appearance: Straw yellow color with golden highlights, clean and bright.

Nose: Subtle and elegant aromas of white fruit (pear, apple), wildflowers, fresh almonds, and creamy hints from the aging process on lees. A very distinctive mineral background.

Palate: Fresh and enveloping, with a silky texture, balanced acidity, and great depth. Long finish, with notes of ripe citrus, aromatic herbs and a delicate salinity.
