The Bandara part of a wine of Macabeo and Xarel · Lo of the farms Martí Serdà of Alt Penedès. Blanc wine is made with a long maceration with more than 50 extracts of herbs, flowers, seeds and natural spices such as cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, licorice, anise, chamomile, rosemary, laurel, Lúpolo, bitter orange,... Finished maceration is finished in oak casks of 500 liters with the soles.
Vermouth El Bandara 1l is mahogany coloured with orange reflections, quite dense and very clean. In aromas, licorice and citrus touches predominate. The entrance to the mouth is soft and sweet, a good balance of sweetness and bitterness that leaves us a kind, light and persistent aftertaste.
