The Vallucas de Valderredible egg-flavored potatoes stand out for their artisanal and natural production, made from the exclusive Valderredible potato, grown under controlled quality standards (CC).

PRODUCTION PROCESS:

• Ingredient Selection: High-quality Valderredible potatoes and high oleic sunflower oil.
• The potatoes we use from September to May are from Valderredible (Cantabria). Outside of this period and when stocks from the valley producers are exhausted, we use potatoes of the same variety and origin Spain.
• Traditional Frying: Low-temperature frying to preserve the original flavor.
• Manual Salting: Salt is applied manually in the right amount to enhance the flavor without masking the potato.
• Packaging: Careful packaging that ensures freshness and a shelf life of 6 months from packaging.
