Preserved in a glass jar containing a thinly sliced veal prepared basquaise style, red peppers, green peppers, onions, melted in duck fat. The veal is cut into small pieces and cooked in these vegetables. The whole thing is flavoured with Espelette pepper. Ideal for 2 people.
