Organic Vegan Bechamel Powder 350g by Sol Natural. Ideal for creating sauces or creams, and for saucing meats, vegetables, or making dishes like vegan lasagna. Thanks to this blend of flours, it achieves a creamy and homogeneous bechamel. Easy and quick to prepare, it can be combined with different types of plant-based milk.

Directions for use

4 tablespoons of oil (20g) and 2 tablespoons of bechamel substitute (37g). Mix well and cook until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Slowly add 1/2 L of plant-based milk while stirring constantly. Add salt and spices to taste and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
