Vietti Lazzarito is a red wine produced by the Vietti winery in Barolo using the Nebbiolo grape variety.

The winemaking process for Vietti Lazzarito begins with the hand harvesting of Nebbiolo grapes from selected vineyards. The grapes are then destemmed and gently pressed to extract the must, which is placed in stainless steel tanks for fermentation.

The fermentation of Vietti Lazzarito wine takes place at a controlled temperature and a combination of natural and selected yeasts are used to ensure complete fermentation. After fermentation, the wine is racked and placed in French oak barrels for aging. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for approximately 24 months.
