Muga white fermented in cask is a white wine from La Rioja made from autochthonous varieties, 80% Viura and 20% Malvasia. After a harvest selected at the optimum ripening time, the grapes macerated in the press for 8 hours. The fermentation of the white wine Muga was made in new French oak casks and later it was in them, with their fermented lees, for 3 months before being bottled.
Tasting note white fermented Muga:
-View: To the White Muga View maintains the usual straw tones perhaps with some iridescence gold on the edges.
-Nose: In Retrolfacción we find Apple, something more mature than in direct olfaction, and return memories to Flor Blanca.
-Mouth: The mouth is of dominant entrance. We found pineapple, apple and peach, all at an equidistant point between the sour fruit and the ripe one.
