Zárate El Palomar is a white wine of great personality produced in the Rías Baixas appellation, within the Salnés Valley.
It comes from a small historic plot of very old Albariño vines, grown on sandy granite soils that provide freshness, minerality, and a unique expression of the Galician terroir.
