Production occurs in Paraje Vallcirera, ensuring the selection of organic grapes for proper aging. The must is obtained through a gentle pressing, ensuring quality. Chardonnay ferments in second-year French oak barrels, while Pansa Blanca ferments in stainless steel tanks. After four months, the blending occurs, followed by Méthode Traditionnelle Champenoise and a minimum aging of 36 months. The result is a bright, golden Cava with aromas of ripe white fruit and flowers, notes of nuts, and a distinctive mineral background.
