In appearance, it shows a pale golden yellow colour, clean and bright, indicating concentration and balanced maturity.

On the nose, it offers medium-high aromatic intensity, with notes of ripe white fruit such as pear and apple, accompanied by citrus nuances, white flowers and a very characteristic mineral background. Subtle hints of aromatic herbs and light creamy touches also appear.

On the palate, it is broad, structured and very well balanced. Its good acidity stands out, providing freshness and tension, together with an enveloping texture and a persistent mouthfeel.
