Vietti Lazzarito is a distinguished red wine produced by the prestigious Vietti winery in the Barolo region, using exclusively Nebbiolo grapes. This wine perfectly reflects the winemaking tradition of its region, thanks to a meticulous vinification process that starts with the manual harvesting of grapes from selected vineyards. At the winery, the grapes are carefully selected, destemmed, and gently pressed to obtain the must, which then ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is carried out with natural and selected yeasts to ensure optimal development. The wine is then racked and aged in French oak barrels for approximately 24 months. The result is a wine with an intense garnet red color and purple hues. On the nose, it showcases aromatic complexity with notes of ripe black fruits, spices, herbs, and a subtle touch of vanilla.
