Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, finished in concrete tanks.
Vineyards 25-40 years old, dry-farmed and gobelet-grown. Density 1.275 plants/hectare. Altitude 850m. Extreme continental climate, with great diurnal amplitude (over 20ºC). Clayey and calcareous soils.
Pale yellow colour with green rim.
Citrus notes, flowers and aromatic wild herbs.
Pure on the palate, with notes of citrus, rosemary, thyme and wild flowers, balanced acidity and long finish.
Food Pairing: Best paired with pasta vongole or a seafood salad.
