Tarima Espumoso is a high-quality sparkling wine produced by Bodegas Volver under the Alicante Denomination of Origin, with vineyards strategically located between Sierra de Salinas, Sierra de Umbría, and Sierra de La Sima, at an altitude of 600-750 meters. This wine is primarily made from Muscat of Alexandria and Merseguera grapes, cultivated in conditions that enhance fruit quality. The 2024 vintage has been rated excellent, with a climate that allowed optimal ripening despite the drought due to spring rains. The calcareous soil and low organic matter contribute to low yields, resulting in a superior product. On the palate, Tarima Espumoso presents floral and fruity notes, slightly sweet and accompanied by good minerality.
