The wine is made in tulip-shaped concrete tanks, which create a movement that keeps the lees suspended, similar to batonnage. This process helps preserve the fruity flavors and acidity of the wine while giving it a unique texture and body. In tasting, the wine presents a pale yellow color with greenish highlights. On the nose, its fruity aromas stand out, with notes of lemon, acacia, and fennel. On the palate, it offers a juicy acidity and an exceptionally long finish.
