The Pol Roger Brut Vintage Rosé 2019 is a high-end sparkling wine made from a careful blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. Before bottling, this wine receives an additional 15% of Pinot Noir red wine from the best crus located in the Montagne de Reims, adding a unique complexity. This production process includes two rackings to ensure the quality of the must, followed by a slow fermentation at controlled temperatures, where each variety is fermented separately in stainless steel tanks to enhance their unique characteristics. After this fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation that enriches its aromatic profile.
