The white wine Viña Mayor Verdejo belongs to the Rueda denomination of origin and is made 100% with Verdejo.
Selection of the Verdejo grape in our owners ' Hamlet Vineyard, Harvest by night harvest at its optimum aromatic ripening point. Soft pressing. Static Debourbage by cold. Slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature (16th -18 º C) and in environment protected from oxygen. Stay on fine Lees in storage for 2 months after the end of the alcoholic fermentation.
Viña Mayor Verdejo is a pale yellow colour with bright greenish reflections.
On the nose is a fresh, varietal wine, with citrus and tropical notes such as pineapple. It shows fresh aromas of fennel and anise, which are mixed with dulzonas notes reminiscent of the patisserie.
Balanced, tasty and fresh, with a very fruity aftertaste. Its proper acidity gives it support and structure.
