A wine of great character, balance, and great aging capacity, all achieved thanks to a careful harvest of Tempranillo grapes at their optimal ripeness. Its aging in American and French oak barrels complements the original virtues of this great wine.

- Appearance: Ruby.
- Nose: Very intense yet subtle. Wild black fruits - sloe, blackberry - candied fruit, perfectly combined with fine wood and toasted notes.
- Palate: Dense, structured, long mouthfeel. Fruity and spicy aftertaste, with hints of mocha and dark chocolate. Structured, round, and with great acid balance.
- Serving Temperature: 16-71 ºC.
- Pairing: It is ideal with red meats, roasts, traditional stews, spicy dishes (curry), and strong cheeses.
