Viña Sastre Roble, made with tempranillo, seems to us a very fruity, mineral and balanced wine. A good aged wine.
In the 1950s, Severiano Sastre started with the wines of this Winery in La Horra, in the Ribera del Duero. Currently, the same philosophy continues, limited production with unlimited care.
Viña Sastre Roble is a single varietal Tempranillo. Artisanal cultivation, without the addition of mineral fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides.
It ages for 10 months in new French and American oak barrels.
Viña Sastre Roble is ideal to accompany pasta with meat sauce, meat rice dishes, cured meats, cheeses, and moussaka.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 15ºC.
