Grape Varieties: Tempranillo, Garnacho, Graciano, and Mazuelo, sourced from our own vineyards. Aging Time: Barrel: 6 years, subjected to 2 rackings per year. Clarified with fresh egg whites. Bottle: Remaining, bottled unfined, in 75 and 37.5 cl bottles. Tasting Note: Color: Bright ruby with slight brick-red hues. Nose: Very fine, fresh, toasted with light vanilla aromas. Very persistent. Palate: Very dry, smooth, round, and developed. Serving Temperature and Pairing: 18º-20º C. Goes well with warm salads with quail or poultry, puff pastries, foie gras with raspberry reduction, as well as roasted lamb or suckling pig. And in general, it practically offers a good pairing with everything, as it is a very versatile wine.
