Old vinegar of 8º of acidity that comes from wines protected by the Protected Designation of Origin "Condado de Huelva", with a large component of oloroso wines of the Condado Viejo type aged in American oak barrels following the traditional system ofadas.Corumbel Vintage 1965 aged for a period of time much longer than the 3 years required for this category of vinegars.
