Cream is obtained from dry wines of oxidative aging, generally sweetened with Pedro Ximénez wine. Most commonly, an Oloroso base is used, which gives it an intense character and a lot of body. Its sweetness content means that it can be served "on the rocks" and still exhibit all its aromatic power and persistence in the mouth.

It has been aged in American oak casks. Its characteristics are those of an old Oloroso wine with Pedro Ximénez, dark color, pungent aroma, full-bodied.
