Vino Fino La Ina
The Vino Fino La Ina is part of the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Designation of Origin. Character and uniqueness. Style and purity. The authentic expression of Sherry Wine. Considered by experts to be the finest of the Finos.
It is made with the Palomino and Palomino Fino grape varieties and has a 4-year aging process. A classic fino, very dry, with almond aromas, made by Lustau wineries. The Vino Fino La Ina won the gold medal at the 2014 International Wine Challenge and also the gold medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards of the same year (2014).
The Vino Fino La Ina is aged following the ancient Solera and Criaderas method, where the Solera is the barrel, the top of the pyramid, where the youngest wine enters and as it ages, it descends towards the Criaderas, until it reaches the base of the pyramid of barrels. This is the most traditional way to age wines and brandies in Jerez de la Frontera.
It is recommended to consume at a temperature between 7 and 9ºC. Due to its dry, round, and balanced flavor, Vino Fino La Ina is ideal to pair with rice dishes, salads, light appetizers, fish, and seafood. The complexity of Vino Fino La Ina makes it ideal to pair with the aforementioned foods.
