The HitodeBodega Cepa 21 Red Wine is a 100% Tempranillo wine that belongs to the D.O. Ribera del Duero.
It is made from a selection of grapes from the lower parts of the vineyards of the winery, fermented at controlled temperature in steel tanks for 30 days and is aged for 8 months in French oak barrels.
Hito is a wine from Bodega Cepa 21, born after the experience accumulated over many years by the brothers Javier and Jose Moro of Bodegas Emilio Moro, which is one of the most representative and emblematic wineries of Ribera del Duero.
