The White Wine Viore Verdejo D.O. Rueda is from D.O. Rueda. This white wine is a single varietal grape, that is, it is made with only one grape variety, in this case the Verdejo grape.
The grapes used in its production are more than 80% of centenary vineyards cultivated in goblet, whose harvest is done by hand. And the rest is young vines, between 20 and 40 years old, grown on trellises where the harvest is done by machine at night.
The process of making White Wine Viore Verdejo begins with a cold maceration of the grapes for 10 hours, before pressing. Destemming and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control and stirred to keep the lees in suspension.
