Magnesium carbonate, coating agent (capsule): gelatin (colorants: titanium dioxide (E 171) and iron oxide (E 172)), choline, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), ferrous gluconate, zinc gluconate, coenzyme Q10, lycopene, lutein (Tagetes erecta L., dry extract), Korean Red Ginseng extract (Panax ginseng Meyer, root), nicotinamide (vitamin B3), D-alpha tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), manganese gluconate, calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), retinyl acetate (vitamin A), cupric gluconate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate (E 470b), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), cholecalciferol (vitamin D; (maltodextrin)), chromium picolinate, folic acid (vitamin B9), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12; (maltodextrin)), phylloquinone (vitamin K), D-biotin, potassium iodide and sodium selenite.

Directions for use:

Take 1 capsule daily, preferably on an empty stomach. Store in a cool, dry place.
