It is one of the most awarded whiskies in the world at international competitions such as the Double Gold and Best Scotch Blend at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2006 and 2007, respectively.
For a few years, this whisky was off the market, but it has currently made a global comeback, becoming one of the most well-known whiskies from the Johnnie Walker distillery.
