The Catosán Viñas Viejas White Wine is made with 100% verdejo grapes. It belongs to the D.O. Rueda. The vineyard is between 30 and 40 years old. It belongs to Bodegas Yllera. Serve this wine at a temperature between 8º and 10º.

Nighttime machine harvesting (to preserve the freshness of the grapes). Exclusively first press must in a membrane pneumatic press. Cold maceration of the must with the skins for 8-12 hours. Start of fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 17°C and subsequently transferred to barrels to finish. Aging on lees in barrels, racking, clarification and cold treatment. Bottled.
