This wine is made with selected grapes from the Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Moscatel varieties. Made through skin maceration at low temperatures to promote the extraction of aromas and other nuances present in the skins.
The production of Blanco los Pedros has been carried out through skin maceration at low temperature to favor the extraction of aromas and other nuances present in the skins, followed by a controlled fermentation at a temperature not exceeding 17º to avoid the loss of aromas.
Refreshing and easy to drink, it goes well with seafood, fish, salads, and more delicate dishes.
