Bodegas Muga is one of the most emblematic wineries in this region and started producing wines in 1932.
Muga Blanco is made with the grape varieties Macabeo (90%), Malvasía (10%), and Garnacha Blanca. The vineyards are located on clay-limestone and alluvial soils.
The maceration is carried out for 8 hours in a press. It is a white wine that ferments in new French oak barrels. Finally, fermentation finishes for 3 months with its lees before being bottled.
Muga Blanco is ideal to accompany vegetables, rice dishes, fish, and seafood.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 8ºC.
