P&M is the combination of two Corsican expertise: the Pietra brewery and the Mavela distillery. Whisky Rare, the "P&M Vintage," is the result of a blend of vintage whiskies meticulously crafted at the estate by our cellar master, Dr. Nicolas Venturini. Softened with Corsican spring water, this limited edition reveals a wide range of aromas. On the nose, notes of pear and apricot. On the palate, a slightly spicy body with a hint of hazelnut and a herbaceous finish of eucalyptus and myrtle.
