How to use
As a dietary supplement or after training, take 1 scoop (approximately 30 grams) with 6-7 180-200 ml of cold water or your favorite beverage, shake for 20 seconds and drink immediately. Change the amount of liquid if you wish to achieve a different intensity or consistency. Drink 2-4 servings daily or until your protein needs are met.
