ZERO Sugar White Wine

PURE The Winery white wine is a zero sugar wine with 10.5% alcohol, made from Chardonnay and Sauvignon blanc grape varieties in Calamandra, Piedmont in northern Italy.

PURE wines are vegan

The wines of pURE are vegan. An achievement to be able to certify that their wines have a production totally free of animal products. The low sulfite content is the result of natural winemaking, as the absence of sugars requires a lower level of sulfite for antioxidant purposes.

Winemaking process

The grapes are cared for throughout the year so that at harvest the balance between ripeness and acidity is found. After harvesting and selection of those in the best condition, the must is extracted. During fermentation, special yeasts are added to ensure that the residual sugar disappears. After fermentation, the yeasts remain in contact with the wine to give it a soft and pleasant touch.
