60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet, 10% Garnacha.
Fermented in earthenware jars. Aged 3 months in clay and 12 months in oak barrels. Dark garnet colour, medium-high robe, garnet ruby rim. Perfumed, plum, cocoa, red and black fruit, floral, mentholated balsamic notes.
In the mouth it is fresh, creamy, elegant, reminiscent of sweetness, persistent, round and very balanced.Sustainable cultivation 1,800 kg/ha. Harvested by hand. Limited production 1954 bottles
